The Lincoln-Sudbury Civic Orchestra accompanies the Spring Concert Chorus for Gabriel Faure’s “Requiem.” The orchestra will also perform the first two movements of Beethoven’s 2nd Symphony and the chorus will sing three shorter works including the world premiere of “Missa Brevis #1” composed by MCC’s Minister of Music, Seth Rosenberger.

MCC welcomes Luca Antonucci, new conductor of the LSCO, to conduct the Faure and the Beethoven. In addition to his own work, Mr. Rosenberger will also conduct pieces by Randall Thompson and Valerie Crescenz. Rising young Boston-area soloists soprano Melaina Mills and baritone Rashaun Campbell will enchant the audience.

Make it a musical celebration before Mother’s Day for all mothers, all families and friends on Saturday May 11! Suggested donations of $20 for adults and $10 for seniors and students.
