2016 Annual Meeting Warrant
Meeting to be held Sunday, May 22, 2016, immediately following worship service.
ARTICLE ONE – To receive the annual reports of the Officers and Committees of the Church and take any action relative thereto.
ARTICLE TWO – To see if the Church will appropriate $328,778, or some other sum, for the combined operating and outreach budgets of Memorial Congregational Church of Sudbury, Inc, for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.
ARTICLE THREE – To call Sandra Summers as Pastor of Youth and Families pending the approval of the Ecclesiastical Council convened by the Metropolitan Boston Association, Massachusetts Conference UCC on June 22, 2016.
ARTICLE FOUR – To elect the Church’s officers and committee members for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016.
ARTICLE FIVE – To address any other business which may be brought before the Annual Meeting.
